Jess Domain is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice centers on large-scale mixed media visual art. Her canvases merge photography, oil, acrylic, inks, and hand-applied metal leaf — surfaces that shimmer and shift with the light, inviting reflection, contrast, and connection. Her work has been exhibited at New York Fashion Week, in galleries, and in private collectors’ homes across several states. Most recently, she presented a solo exhibition at Art Ovation Hotel in Sarasota, Florida.
A lifelong creator, Jess’s career spans more than one medium. She has toured internationally in over 30 countries, performing with legends such as Aretha Franklin, Don Was, and Mitch Ryder; received the ASCAPlus Songwriters Award; and placed her original music in over 100 film and television projects. She also starred Off-Broadway in her original play, The Culture of Now, bringing her writing and performance together on stage.
This diverse background informs her visual art practice, where layers of image, texture, and meaning echo her multidisciplinary approach to storytelling.
