A View From the Zoo captures the energy and rhythm of city life through reflection and light. Layers of silver leaf and oil paint transform a familiar skyline into something fluid and alive, where glass, steel and sky seem to dissolve into one another.
Seen from above, the urban landscape becomes abstracted as reflections shift throughout the day and natural light moves across the metallic surface. Both architectural and atmospheric, the work becomes a portrait of the modern city in constant motion.
